Iraq's Kirkuk faces uncertainty without U.S. troops (Reuters)

Reuters - In Iraq's northern oil city Kirkuk, home to a volatile mix of Kurds, Arabs and Turkmen, politicians and residents fear a possible explosion of ethnic conflict when American troops leave.
