Gay Rights Advances in U.N.; New York or California Next? (ContributorNetwork)

ContributorNetwork - COMMENTARY | The United Nations Human Rights Council narrowly passed a resolution recognizing the rights of gays, lesbians and transgender people. The Council, in existence since 2006, made recommendations on the concerns of violence against gays.
